My friend Gabi recommends beet juice with squeezed lime. Lime can also help with digestion and makes the juice even more powerful!

Amazing to know that it has so many benefits. since I was little my mother used to offer us a juice of beet and orange to improve immunity, but I'm particularly happy to learn that it can help blood flow. being pregnant, and with clotting problems, I will certainly increase my consumption of beet ! Thank you :)

Have you noticed a difference in performance between beet juice and eating beetroot? Personally, I enjoy having juice more than eating beetroot, but that's probably because it's more convenient...

I have a hard time eating 3 whole beets before exercising, Jack ☺️ To be honest, I haven't tried it. I love drinking the juice, though. It gives me the nitrates and sugar!
